Our Mission

Creatoria PRO School (hereafter: Creatoria) has a mission to boost the creativity of our students by studying them through online courses and programs. We enable anyone anywhere to create and share educational content (instructors) and to access that educational content to learn (students). We need rules to keep our platform safe for students and teachers as well.

Upon completing the study program successfully, the student will get a Certificate of Achievement for a course (a "Verified Certificate") or certificates for programs.

Changes to the Course Plan

​

The content of the offered courses could slightly change during the study period to make a learning process more suitable for a group of students.

Minimum Required Number of Students

​

Creatoria reserves the right to withdraw from the distance learning contract by a declaration in text form no later than a week before the start of the study program or to postpone the start of the study program if the minimum number of 6 students for the study program selected on the cover sheet has not been reached by this time. Any advance payments already made will be refunded in full.

In the event of a postponement of the start of studies, the student has a right of withdrawal, which (s)he can exercise within a week after a declaration by Creatoria to this effect, also using the text form. The declaration must be addressed to info@creatoriapro.com.

Rules for Online Conduct

​

You agree that you are responsible for your own use of the Creatoria Site and for your User Postings. By "User Postings" we mean any type of content submitted, posted, or published on the Creatoria Site by you or other users of the Creatoria Site. You agree that you will use the Creatoria Site in compliance with these Agreements, and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules, and regulations, including copyright laws, any laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence, and all United States export control laws.

As a condition of your use of the Creatoria Site, you will not use the Creatoria in any manner intended to damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Creatoria server or the network(s) which are connected to any Creatoria. You have no right to share confidential information with third parties.

You agree not to misrepresent or attempt to misrepresent your identity while using the Creatoria Site.

Prohibited Items

​

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE CREATORIA SITE:

• Content that defames harasses or threatens others;

• Content that discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them;

• Profane, pornographic, obscene, indecent, or unlawful content;

• Viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files, malware, spyware, or any other similar software that may damage the operation of another's computer or property.

You may not submit, post, publish, share, or otherwise distribute any of the above Strictly Prohibited Items on the Creatoria Site.

User Accounts

In order to create a user account, you need to provide your full name, an email address, and a user password. In setting up your user account, you may be prompted to enter additional optional information (e.g., your year of birth). You represent that all information provided by you is accurate. You agree to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current.

Your Right to use Content from the Creatoria Site

All content on the Creatoria Site is protected by the United States and foreign copyright laws. Unless otherwise expressly stated on the Creatoria Site, the texts and other instructional materials provided with the courses and programs offered here are for your personal use in connection with those courses and programs only. 

By using the Creatoria Site, you agree to abide by all such rules and conditions. You agree to retain all copyright and other notices on any content you obtain from the Creatoria Site. All rights in the Creatoria Site and its content are reserved.

CERTIFICATES AND OTHER PRODUCTS & SERVICES

For anything that you are willing to purchase on the Creatoria Site, you agree to pay all applicable fees when due.
The processing of your payment information is done by a third-party payment vendor, and you will be routed to a secure payment flow controlled by that vendor to complete the payment transaction. Save that invoice, and show it to our manager if you will need a refund in the future. All information from it is required to track your purchase and make a refund to you.

Certificates

​

Creatoria and the Members may offer Verified Certificates of Achievement for courses (a "Verified Certificate") or certificates for programs (for example, a MicroMasters program certificate) for learners who, in the Members’ judgment, have satisfactorily demonstrated mastery of the course or program material. Certificates will be issued by Creatoria. The decision of whether a certificate will be awarded to a given learner will be solely within the discretion of the awarding Member.

Subject to the foregoing, you will be required to pay a fee and complete the ID verification process for Verified Certificates.
